a) sole-proprietorship;
b) partnerships consisting wholly of professional engineers;
c) multi-disciplinary partnerships;
d) corporations (limited or unlimited)

Part VI of the PE Act requires multi-disciplinary firms and corporations to be licensed by the Board.
